When the yellow or other color filter encounters liquid, it has a self-sealing function. The main advantages of the two-color filter lie in these 3 points! However, the disadvantage is that the two-color filter cannot realize large-scale automatic filling of the filter in the suction head.
Now we have developed a three-layer filter that can combine the three existing advantages of a double-layer filter and at the same time solve the problem of automatic filling!!! The existing double-layer filter is installed with the blue surface with small pores facing up and the white small pores facing down. When the gun is discharged during pipetting, the aerosol is blocked in the white small pore size 10 μm filter and the blue small pore size 5 μm filter , and the disadvantage is that it is impossible to automate a large amount of filling. Three-color filter can solve the problem of automated filling. The middle one is a filter with tiny pores of 5 μm.
